The hotel is beautiful and very wonderful. It is quiet and distinctive in design and has luxurious furniture. I stayed in Istanbul for a week and the most beautiful night was the one I spent in this hotel. I will have an experience next time. I thank the staff for their cooperation and constant smile, and special thanks to Mr. Taner Kurar.

We had my brothers wedding at this stunning and very beautiful Location right by the Bosphorus Bridge with an amazing seaview. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I cant describe how happy we were, that we did choose this Wedding Location. Everything was just magical and perfect. To begin with a very big thank you to Güler Hanim, our wedding planner, who made sure that every wish came true. She was so kind, caring and just overall professional! Nothing was to much to ask! Cenker Bey our DJ who was spot on and kept the party going till 3am 🎉 and Özcan Bey with his team who made sure to get every beautiful moment on camera, the lovely staff at the hotel who made us feel welcome and were very helpful and polite. The Chef who cooked us a delicious Meal and all the staff who looked after us. Thank you from my bottom of my heart for your effort! Our guests loved it and we did too. The Wedding Breakfast the next day with the family was the perfect ending to an absolutly amazing evening. If you wanna have your dream wedding come to this place.

I'd stay at this hotel again in a minute! It's absolutely gorgeous, and the service is very warm, gracious and efficient. Bed is comfortable, and the toiletries in the elegant bathroom were lovely. The breakfast was a delicious assortment of sweet & savory Turkish items, and the coffee was excellent. The location on the Bosphorus, is a lovely seaside area. Note: There is no elevator, so if you can't navigate stairs, this won't suit you...although I think there might be a guest room or two on the main floor, which doesn't involve stairs to access. Lots of restaurants and cafes within close walking distance along the water, as well as some nice clothing and souvenir shops. I found the shop owners in this area not pushy and aggressive the way they are in the old downtown area, and I appreciated leisurely strolling without the constant badgering by touts. Note: If you're going to want any alcohol with lunch or dinner, ask the host if they serve it, as Turkish law doesn't allow alcohol to be served within a specific distance of a mosque. So you might have to walk a few feet further to get an alcoholic beverage. There was a keurig style coffee maker in our room, and on our last night I asked the desk attendant if I could get some milk for my 4:00AM coffee (very early flight), He said he'd leave a note for the desk person to bring me some in the morning. To my delight, the night desk person came to our room at 4:00AM with two cups of freshly made cappuccino. Have a look at their website....It's too beautiful to accurately describe.

Deceptive photos - avoid booking. Not value for money. Sea view is questionable.

Deceiving photos. We booked this hotel for one night just for the Bosphorus sea view. Our window was facing a huge mosque with partial sea view from an angle standing by the bathroom. We asked the front desk to change this as it looks nothing like the pictures on booking.com but they refused to as they said it’s exactly the same room. He was aggressive and the manager refused to engage with us. We spoke to booking.com and they tried their best to get us changed to another room but to no avail. We were really disappointed as we had paid extra for the sea view. This hotel isn’t worth value for money. It is situated in a great location but it’s run down and lacks hospitality by management team. The breakfast was disappointing too. However, the staff at the restaurant and security were helpful. I would not recommend. There are cheaper alternatives in the area with an actual sea view.

A very special hotel. Magnificent views and location, beautiful rooms but most importantly the staff did everything to make you feel welcome and the service was excellent. The staff did everything to help you, even going out to buy gluten free bread. Thank you for making one of our many visits to Istanbul a lovely memory.
